Beautiful Desk Tidy

Upcycle an old jar into a beautiful desk tidy with some macrame rope, everlasting daisies and Glue Dots. Glue Dots provide the perfect strong hold to adhere rope to a glass jar. Finish with some eucalyptus leaves and brightly coloured everlasting daisies to complete this stunning desk tidy.

Step 1: Gather your materials

For this project you will need:

• Glue Dots – Permanent
• Glass Jar
• Macrame Rope
• Dried Flowers
• Scissors

Step 2: Attach the rope

Starting at the bottom, use Glue Dots to attach the macramé rope to the glass jar – wrapping the jar in soft cotton.

Step 3: Add the leaves

Select a few leaves and arrange on the jar using Glue Dots.

Step 4: Attach the flowers

Attach the everlasting daisies with Glue Dots, layering on top of the eucalypt.

Step 5: Fill your desk tidy

Fill the jar with your favourite pens and pencils and enjoy your pretty desk tidy!
