Christmas Finger Puppets
These finger puppets are so easy to make and are perfect to keep little hands occupied! Kids can use their creativity to make different finger puppets that they can play with at home or on the go. Happy crafting!
Step 1: Gather your materials
For this project you will need:
- Glue Dots Mini Dots
- Glue Dots Advanced Strength Dots or All Purpose Dots
- Glue Dots Micro Dots (optional)
- Scissors
- Felt
- Pop Poms (small)
- Sharpie
Step 2: Make the body
Cut the background part of the finger puppet that will wrap around your finger. We cut ours to 2.5 inches by approximately 2 inches.
Make it into a cylinder shape and adhere ends together with Mini Dots or Advanced Strength Dots. You can pull it tighter around the top, to help it to stay on your finger better.
Step 3: Cut out head shapes
Cut out shapes from felt to make a reindeer and elf head – including face, antlers, and hat.
Step 4: Attach the face pieces
Adhere the face pieces together with Mini Glue Dots. Use a Sharpie to add faces.
Step 5: Attach the face to the body
Adhere the face onto the body with Advanced Strength Glue Dots.
