Mother’s Day Mason Jar Gift Wrap
This Mason Jar Gift Wrap is a sweet spin on traditional wrapping. Glue Lines are the perfect shape to hold in place the flowers and string – transforming a plain gift wrap into a special gift for mum.
Step 1: Gather your materials
For this project you will need:
- Glue Dots Glue Lines
- A Gift Wrapped in Plain or Brown Paper
- String
- Some Dried Flowers, Grasses and Leaves
- Scissors
- A Pen
Step 2: Draw a jar
Make a simple line drawing of a jar on the front of your gift.
Step 3: Attach Glue Lines
Press the stems of your gathered flowers and grasses along the length of a Glue Line and carefully remove the paper backing.
Step 4: Arrange flowers
Arrange the flowers and grasses so that they appear to be inside the glass jar. Press the stems firmly in place where the Glue Lines are for a firm hold.
Step 5: Tie a bow
Cut a length of string and tie a bow. Press the bow onto a strip Glue Lines so that each end has a Glue Line.
Step 6: Press into place
Press the sting into place around the neck of your jar and attach a gift tag.
