Frankie Magazine DIY Envelopes
We just couldn’t resist this gorgeous DIY from the latest edition of Frankie Magazine – featuring the prettiest matte finish paper stock! The DIY cut out even has a spot that looks like it was made for Glue Lines.
Grab the latest copy of Frankie Magazine and a packet of Glue Dots Glue Lines to make some or go it alone with a selection of your favourite patterned papers.
Step 1: Gather your materials
For this project you will need:
- Glue Dots Glue Lines
- DIY pages from Issue 96 of Frankie Magazine OR a selection of patterned cardstock
- Scissors
Step 2: Cut out the envelopes
Follow the guidelines to cut out the basic envelope shape.
Step 3: Fold the card
Follow the guidelines and fold where indicated.
Step 4: Place the Glue Line
Place a Glue Line over the text portion of the glue area. There’s no need to use more than one, just a small line of glue is enough to hold everything together.
Step 5: Press to seal
Complete your envelope by pressing firmly along the glue lines. The strong hold of Glue Lines is activated by pressure.
Step 6: Start writing!
Now it’s time to revive the lost art of letter writing! Send a letters to friends and family and let them know you are thinking of them.
